The STOXX Vietnam Index is designed to represent the performance of the Vietnamese stock market, while simultaneously controlling for liquidity and foreign ownership availability. The index targets liquidity stocks, accounting for both absolute liquidity (captured by the ADTV), and relative liquidity (captured by the Turnover Ratio). Hence, the STOXX Vietnam Index is designed to apply a comprehensive approach of identifying liquid stocks, covering all aspects of liquidity.
